The Union Fleurs 2012 Annual Report is now available and provides a general overview of all the activities carried out by Union Fleurs in 2012.
The report covers the three areas in which Union Fleurs is particularly active: Advocacy & representation, Meetings & networking and Information & communication.
In 2012, Union Fleurs has especially followed developments and actively lobbied on trade, market access and plant health and phytosanitary issues, at European and World levels.
The meetings organised by Union Fleurs in 2012 included its General Assembly held simultaneously in Venlo (Germany) and Straelen (Netherlands) in April 2012. A Winter Meeting in December also gathered the Union Fleurs members in Brussels for a 2-day programme focused on the application of ICT processes and standards for the worldwide floricultural industry.
