Teleflora, the world’s leading flower service announced earlier this month that Waseca Floral is one of the first shops to be awarded the Petal of Honor Award for Excellence. Recently created by Teleflora, this program was designed to recognize member florists who have an exemplary track record of customer service and satisfaction.
“This is an unexpected honor,” said Rick Morris, owner of Waseca Flora.
While Morris has owned Waseca Floral for 37 years, the business is one of Waseca’s oldest retail stores, first established in 1896. Lanae Feser has been head designer since 1982.
