Brian Fall Promoted At Superior Farms

DAVIS, Calif.– Work as a meat distributor, warehouse worker and eventually sales man has paid off for long-time employee Brian Fall, who has been promoted within Superior Farms as the Assistant Vice President of Retail Sales for the national lamb brand.

Fall started with the company in 1998, coming from E&E Meats. He began working in the warehouse in Washington and shortly became manager of the facility. A few years later, he was promoted to sales and moved to Sacramento. His regions started in Northern California and expanded to Oregon and Washington and eventually to national retail accounts like Supervalu.

“It was a unique situation because I worked closely with production staff in the warehouse, so I also did ordering, deliveries and accounting. I learned all the different aspects of the plants and the warehouse. That’s where I was introduced to a lot of different sales reps and learned more about our customers and the industry. Different employees took me under their wing and it was a natural fit,” said Fall. He moved back to the Seattle area 5 years ago and works from an office with Oversea Casing, which is affiliated with Superior Farms.

“Brian’s experience and great rapport with his customers makes this promotion a very easy decision,” said Executive Vice President Gary Pfeiffer. “He’s the right person to move into this leadership role.”

“I like to be in front of people and sell product and I love lamb, so it’s great. I’m excited,” said Fall. “I want to continue my growth with Superior Farms – it’s a good company. I like what I do and I like the people I work with. I’m proud to have worked here as long as I have – that’s something I truly value.”
