ROUND ROCK – H-E-B issued a "precautionary recall" for ground beef, labeled as 80% lean ground chuck and 93% ground beef, that was purchased Tues., June 1, at the H-E-B store located at 16900 North RR 620 in Round Rock due to the possible presence of foreign material in the meat.
The ground beef impacted by this recall is isolated to just this one store and is packaged on Styrofoam trays with a date of June 1 and a production time from 6-9 p.m.
