SAN ANTONIO — H-E-B, committed to ensuring the safety of its products, is issuing a precautionary recall for fresh ground beef packaged on Styrofoam trays, and sold Monday, January 10 through Tuesday, January 11 at the San Antonio #29 H-E-B store located at 9900 Wurzbach Road. There is a possibility of foreign material in the product.
The ground beef impacted by this precautionary recall is isolated to only this store and does not affect any other product dates.
No illnesses or injuries have been reported, H-E-B is committed to the highest quality and safety of all our products.
