The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) last week announced the availability of a new Meat, Poultry and Egg Product Inspection Directory App for IPHONEs and Androids. The directory is a listing of establishments that produce meat, poultry, and/or egg products regulated by FSIS.
