The winners will receive their awards at a ceremony on Thurs., May 16, at the Potawatomi Bingo Casino in Milwaukee. The ceremony will take place during BizExpo, Wisconsin’s largest business-to-business conference.

The flavor modifier can be customized to any meat species or application, including rubs, marinades, seasonings, and injection systems. RSS positively impacts flavor without compromising functionality or flavor and generates up to 50% reduction in sodium.
