Aqua Gardens Family Farm, Inc. a Florida developer of a seed to market system of growing mixed bouquets of lettuce in five weeks with a working farm in Potter Valley has announced a public stock offering.

Jed Davis, the Company's Chief Executive Officer stated,  "Our aquaponic farming system uses substantially less water than traditional farming; during times of drought we hope to be an alternative to traditional farming.
