Birko supplies Garden Cut with specialized sanitation chemistry, including:
- CL33, an economical liquid self-foaming, chlorinated cleaner intended for use in high silicate water
- 10-Chlor™, an EPA-registered 10% sodium hypochlorite bleach suitable for cleaning and sanitizing
- Fomacid™, a concentrated, self-foaming acid cleaner used once monthly to flip the environment and lower the PH, and also brightens stainless steel
- Way-Vos™, a low foaming, heavy duty liquid alkaline CIP cleaner containing water conditioners, wetting agents and corrosion inhibitors

In addition, Birko worked with Garden Cut’s management and sanitation crew to develop best practices sanitation procedures as well as improved peracetic acid (PAA) dispensing by providing a more controlled pumping and monitoring mechanism.
