Bolthouse Farms plans to unveil its new Innovation Center at a ceremony Jan. 16 at the company's Bakersfield headquarters on East Brundage Lane.
The carrot production and distribution giant said in a media advisory Tuesday that the center is designed to "accelerate the development and consumer appeal of new, all natural products as well as continued enhancements of current Bolthouse Farms products across beverages, food and health snacks."
