Combs Produce Selects Jones Lang LaSalle As Exclusive Advisor For Relocation & Disposition Services

DALLAS – Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that Combs Produce, a leading wholesale, retail and foodservice produce company, has hired the firm to complete a multi-disciplined assignment to provide acquisition and disposition services, site selection, location advisory, Project and Development services and to negotiate potential business and economic incentives. Paul Whitman, President of the DFW market for Jones Lang LaSalle, and Terry Darrow, Managing Director of the office’s Logistics and Industrial team, will lead relocation and disposition efforts.

In proximity to downtown Dallas and the Dallas Farmers Market, Combs Produce’s current production facility, located at 915 S. Harwood Street, also serves as the company’s corporate headquarters.,
