NAPA VALLEY, Calif. – Eight lucky salad fans enjoyed a unique culinary adventure at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley in late June as the winners of a Salad’tude promotion sponsored by Dole Fresh Vegetables of Monterey, Calif. For their winning interpretation of Salad’tude and use of DOLE® Salads blends and all-natural kits, the eight were treated to three days of culinary classes, competitions and excursions with “The Chew” host Clinton Kelly.
