MISSION VIEJO, Calif. – The Hass Avocado Board (HAB) today unveiled the new, responsive LoveOneToday.com and SaboreaUnoHoy.com, Spanish sister site, designed to reflect and support the lifestyle of avocado lovers everywhere. Now English- and Spanish-speaking food and wellness consumers, health professionals and scientific researchers alike can find the information and inspiration they need at any time, from any device.

- Easy-to-sort recipe sections based on nutrition per serving and dietary needs, including: vegan/vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and low sodium
- Expanded nutrition content searchable by HAB’s health pillars: hearth health, weight management & Type 2 diabetes and healthy living

Additionally, a refined mini site for health professionals allows health practitioners and communicators to easily access information about the emerging science behind the goodness of avocados, download free nutrition materials and stay up to date with the Avocado Goodness blog. The blog provides health professionals with tools and topics relevant to their profession such as avocado culinary inspiration, tips on creating and maintaining healthy habits, avocado research and innovation updates, and other community news related to health and nutrition in general.

About the Hass Avocado Board
The Hass Avocado Board (HAB) is an agriculture promotion group established in 2002 to promote the consumption of Hass Avocados in the United States. A 12-member board representing domestic producers and importers of Hass Avocados directs HAB’s promotion, research and information programs under supervision of the United States Department of Agriculture. Funding for HAB comes from Hass avocado producers and importers in the United States.
In 2010, HAB established a Nutrition Research program to increase awareness and improve understanding of the unique benefits of avocados to human health and nutrition. The Nutrition Research program is an integral part of Love One Today, HAB’s multiyear, science-based, food and wellness education program.
