Mission Produce Inc, Oxnard, CA, a global avocado and asparagus supplier has hired Megan Rood as sales representative.
Rood is a recent graduate of Cal Poly State University with a degree in Agribusiness. During Megan’s internship she worked on many operational projects for Mission including development of a grower database, monitoring daily aging reports and research into new packaging materials.
With a solid understanding of the production side and halfway through her internship she was offered a full time position in sales. In her new role, Megan will be handling current and prospective accounts as well as attending various industry trade shows.
