Tater Man started growing sweet potatoes in Florida three years ago to promote the early availability marketing niche. Tater Man’s sweet potatoes have traditionally been sold in the Southeast emphasizing the locally grown trend for fresher product and reduced transportation costs, although Tater Man now also ships sweet potatoes to customers throughout North America.
