Alliance Retail Group is pleased to announce the addition of Sam Rhodes as Chief Sales Officer. He will report directly to Joe Wolf, president of ARG. Sam’s responsibilities will include leadership of all merchandising and advertising sales for Alliance. He will also be responsible for helping Alliance 960 stores in growing their sales in a very competitive environment. “We are very excited to have Sam join our team to help us further our mission of improving the profitability and competitiveness of our independent retailers”, said Joe Wolf.
Sam brings over 25 years of sales experience with the Pillsbury Company and Coca Cola where he held a number of different sales positions. Sam most recently led the AWG team for the J. M. Smucker
Company. “I am excited to be joining the premier negotiating company for independents in the U.S. Their vision to help independent retailers presents an awesome opportunity for myself to utilize my skills and experience in a positive way for the industry”, per Sam.
Sam and his wife Kelly will be relocating to the Nashville area in the near future.
