Canada's Food Safety System Front & Centre At BC Foodservice Expo Breakfast

VANCOUVER – The safety of Canada's food supply from farms to consumers is one of the hot topics that restaurateurs will discuss at this year's Trends Breakfast at the BC Foodservice Expo, Jan. 28 at the Vancouver Convention Centre West.

It's an especially relevant topic following recent food recalls and new federal food safety legislation.
