Central Market To Undergo $10M Renovation

Central Market in Houston announced Wednesday that the high-end grocery store will undergo a $10 million renovation.

The store will boast an additional 10,000 square feet. A new facade is intended to brighten the exterior and a new atrium at the entrance will have vaulted ceilings and skylights.

"Central Market continues to invest in the Houston community and is excited to bring new, innovative offerings to our loyal food lovers and new shoppers alike," Stephen Butt, a senior vice president for Central Market, said in a statement. "Houston is an increasingly diverse and dynamic city, and we are committed to staying current with the culinary scene."
