GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Fresh Thyme Farmers Market has big plans for the Michigan market.
The Illinois-based specialty retailer opened its fifth Michigan store on Wednesday, and plans two more locations — in Farmington and Ypsilanti — before the end of the years.
The retailer is also eyeing locations in Canton and Kalamazoo, although Chief Executive Officer Chris Sherrell didn't indicate if those stores would open this year or next.
