Rosemont, IL – The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C. announced it has signed a letter of intent with Marfrig Alimentos S.A. to acquire Keystone Foods’ distribution and logistics businesses in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
The transaction includes operations in the United States, England, France, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Malaysia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Qatar, and is expected to close before the end of the year.

Serving McDonald's since 1956, distribution is Martin-Brower’s core competency. The company is currently McDonald's largest distributor in the United States, Canada, Ireland and Latin America.
Integrating Keystone Foods’ distribution business, including its five distribution centers in the United States, ten distribution centers in Europe, nine distribution centers across Asia Pacific and four centers in the Middle East, ensures consistent service and brand stewardship for McDonald’s global operations.
