The Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) has released its latest recipe resource for the foodservice industry titled It’s All Good. As the newest addition to ASMI’s extensive recipe library, It’s All Good presents a wide range of complete meal recipes that are not only delicious but also provide operators with a simple and effective way to add the health benefits of wild, natural and sustainable Alaska Seafood to their menus.
Featuring recipes such as “Alaska Pollock a la Plancha” and “Nori-Dusted Alaska Halibut,” the It’s All Good recipe book draws on the most up-to-date culinary trends and global ingredients to inspire operators with recipes that are both flavorful and healthful.
