Four Tri-State-area Shop ‘n Save supermarkets will be converted to Martin’s Food Markets after the Federal Trade Commission approved a proposed acquisition on Monday.
According to Giant Food Stores LLC, the Shop ‘n Save supermarkets that will be affected are at:
n 22401 Jefferson Blvd. in Smithsburg
n 500 N. Antrim Way in Greencastle, Pa.
n 147 Roaring Lion Drive in Hedgesville, W.Va.
n 1317 Old Courthouse Square in Martinsburg, W.Va.
