Supervalu Shakes Up Virginia Beach Headquarters, Lays Off 21 People

The company that owns Farm Fresh confirms the longtime Hampton Roads grocer laid off nearly half of its merchandising and operations department at the market’s Virginia Beach headquarters this week as it merges the roles with another of its store brands, Maryland-based Shoppers.
