Ready, set, reset.
Wegmans is in the middle of a “reset” at several of its stores, including its locations on Alberta Drive in Amherst, Amherst Street in Buffalo and McKinley Parkway in Blasdell.
“Each store is making different changes to the general merchandise departments,” said Michele Mehaffy, a Wegmans spokeswoman. “Alberta is the most noticeable for the customer. Some are small changes that customers won’t even notice.”
The bulk section at each store is relocating to where the Nature’s Market organic section was. Nature’s Market, which is expanding, will move to where Card Shop was, which sells greeting cards and gifts. The Card Shop can now be found behind the General Merchandise department, where kitchen tools are sold.
