Two thirty-something brothers have bought and upgraded the Comeauville Seafood Products Ltd. fish processing factory in Comeauville, on Highway 1 near Saulnierville in southwestern Nova Scotia.
Online research shows Joel and Julian German — sons of established Cape Sable Island lobster buyer Berton German — set up the (perhaps aptly named) Synergy Seafoods Ltd in 2014.
In January 2017, Synergy brought the Comeauville plant from Gilles Comeau for $750,000, public records confirm.
