Cooke Aquaculture Welcomes Claire Ryan As Director Of Public Relations

(Blacks Harbour, NB) – Cooke Aquaculture Inc., is pleased to announce that Claire Ryan, a local Saint John resident and engaged community member, has been named the Company’s Director of Public Relations.

“Claire brings significant experience in community relations and public engagement,” said Joel Richardson, Vice President of Public Relations at Cooke Aquaculture. “Her background in corporate communications, community engagement, and social media strategy will support Cooke’s overall mission and values as a sustainable seafood leader.”

Ryan is the former Manager of Public Affairs of the Canadian Automobile Association – Atlantic (CAA), and previously held roles with Enterprise Saint John, NATIONAL Public Relations, and MT&L Public Relations Ltd. She is an active volunteer, serving as past Chair of the Saint John Region Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the Advisory Board for St. Joseph's Hospital. She is a graduate of the Master of Communications Management program at McMaster University, and is an alumnus of the 21 Leaders New Brunswick program and the Governor General’s Canadian Leadership Conference.
