Steve Phillips Receives Finalist Honor For Innovation, Leadership

Baltimore, MD, February 18, 2011 – The Seafood Choices Alliance (a program of Sea Web) has selected Phillips Foods, Inc. President and CEO Steve Phillips as a finalist for their sixth annual 2011 Seafood Champions Award. Phillips Foods is very proud of this recognition honoring Steve’s outstanding leadership for promoting sustainability and environmental responsibility in the seafood industry.

Seafood Champion Awards

First presented in 2006, the Seafood Champion Awards annually recognize individuals and companies for outstanding leadership in promoting environmentally responsible seafood. Seafood Choices established the award to honor those in the seafood industry whose past and/or present contributions demonstrate a commitment to innovation that leads to change.
