A trip to the grocery store is taking a bigger bite out of the consumer’s wallet this summer.  But just how big?  Inflation hit a 40-year high at 9.1% in June of this year.  While the rate of increase dipped slightly in July, consumers have become increasingly concerned about the cost of living in general and the cost of food in particular.
