Grain Craft Announces Agreement to Acquire Dry Corn Milling Operations from Bunge

Grain Craft announced they signed an agreement to acquire the North American dry corn milling assets from global agribusiness and ingredients company, Bunge.

With this agreement, Vandemoortele expects to acquire Bunge’s margarines and spreads business in Germany, Finland, Poland and Hungary, along with its spreads and margarine manufacturing sites and a portfolio of 20 consumer brands.
