Application Process Now Open for Up to $1 Million in Innovation Grants for California Dairy Producers, Processors and Co-Packers

California producers, processors and co-packers are invited to apply for funding for innovation projects and supporting equipment as part of the fourth round of grants recently announced by the Pacific Coast Coalition’s Dairy Business Innovation Initiative (PCC-DBII), hosted by California State University Fresno. More than $4 million will be awarded through the initiative.

Over $520,000 Awarded by PCC-DBII to Stabilize and Expand Dairy Businesses in California, Oregon and Washington

Dairy processors along the Pacific Coast are receiving a catalytic investment that will strengthen the industry’s resilience. The Pacific Coast Coalition – Dairy Business Innovation Initiative (PCC-DBII), hosted by California State University, Fresno, has awarded $521,764 in grant funding to 12 dairy companies in California, Oregon and Washington. Each awardee is receiving up to $50,000, dependent on their submitted budget. These awards are all for equipment-related investments. 

$4.1 Million Now Available in Dairy Farm Innovation Grants

Dairy farmers and processors in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, and Washington are now invited to apply for funding to become more competitive and innovative in today’s industry. In its second cycle of grant awards, the Pacific Coast Coalition Dairy Business Initiative (PCC-DBII), hosted by California State University, Fresno, will award funding to assist in dairy product development, production, marketing, and distribution.
