The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Fruit and Vegetable Industry Advisory Committee meeting scheduled for Jan. 30-31, 2019, at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City Hotel in Arlington, Va., is postponed until further notice due to the lapse in federal funding. Once funding has been restored, the meeting will be rescheduled.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) today published the 2017 Pesticide Data Program (PDP) Annual Summary. The Summary shows more than 99 percent of the samples tested had pesticide residues well below benchmark levels established by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
