Betsy's Bakery is expanding its gluten-free empire with a second location.
The Hampden Twp. bakery plans to open a restaurant Nov. 12 at 240 N. Third St. in Harrisburg across from the state Capitol building. It will serve sandwiches, salads, soups and baked goods.
Owners Betsy and Shannon Peffley said since opening the bakery at 115 St. John's Church Road in 2012, business has grown beyond their expectations.
