BRAINTREE — A specialty bake shop is seeking to move from Braintree Square to Weymouth Landing.
Andrea and Valentina Piluska of Braintree, the owners of Brian’s Fine Desserts on Elm Street, hope to move their business to 22 Quincy Ave.
“We don’t want to move from Braintree,” Andrea Piluska told the planning board Tuesday night.
He said 80 percent of the business is wholesale, with sales to supermarkets and hotels. Brian’s Fine Desserts also makes cakes to order for other customers and has a small, walk-in business.
