Salem continued “Originally the system did not work up to our standards with the first testing in the shop, but we never let a piece of equipment go until it is fully tested and capable of doing what it was built and designed to do. Through our continued engineering efforts, and trial and error, we designed a system that was cutting through the product like butter at a high PPM rate for cutting a frozen product”.
