Gold Crust Baking Co. acquired 6200 Columbia Park Drive in Cheverly, MD, from Pacific Realty Associates for $6.8 million, or about $76 per square foot.
The 89,408-square-foot, Class B warehouse building was built in 1971 and renovated in 2003 and is in the Landover/Largo industrial submarket. Past owners have included grocery retailer Safeway.
Bob White and Scott Munchel of Landmark Commercial represented the purchaser. David Michael and Lance Schwarz of NAI, The Michael Cos. represented the seller.
