Mrs Baird's Bakery Donates 25,000 Loaves Of Bread To Local Food Banks In North Texas

Fort Worth, Texas – Mrs Baird’s Bakery will help North Texans in need by donating 25,000 loaves of bread to Tarrant Area Food Bank and the North Texas Food Bank. In North Texas, there are currently more than 1.2 million people in need of food this year and this bread donation will help feed 25,000 families.

"This donation comes at a critical time for the Food Bank, due to the fact that many families and seniors are struggling to put food on the table during the holiday season,” says Jan Pruitt, president and CEO of the North Texas Food Bank. “We need help from the community, and we are grateful that Mrs Baird’s stepped up to the plate and joined us in our fight against hunger.”

“We are very excited to roll out this program,” said Mrs Baird’s Brand Manager Stace Sendra. “It will allow us to help North Texas families in need during the holiday and into the New Year.”

Tarrant Area Food Bank and North Texas Food Bank together:
