A new bakery, which contends it has perfected the bundt cake, is opening in Albuquerque.
Nothing Bundt Cakes in the North Towne Plaza opened Monday, Aug. 15, and will hold grand opening activities Aug. 17 through Aug. 20, according to a news release.
The 1,800-square-foot bakery offers customers a range of cake selections, from “Bundtlets” (single serving cakes), to the larger “Bundts” that serve up to 18 people. Tiered cakes serve up to 26.
The bakery employs 16, from delivery drivers to bakers, frosters and cake decorators, according to Rima Rothweiler, the Nothing Bundt Cakes local franchisee.
