Parker Products Becomes A Peanut-Free Manufacturing Facility

Parker Products will become a peanut free manufacturing facility effective Dec. 31, 2012. This facility was not affected by the recent salmonella outbreak from peanuts.

Due to the high food safety risks associated with manufacturing peanuts, Parker Products will transition to a peanut free facility.

This change is due to Parker Products commitment to producing high quality, safe products. The plant became Safe Quality Food Level 2 certified in 2011.

Parker Products is an industrial manufacturer producing inclusions and toppings to the ice cream, baking, and confection industries since 1926.
