Owners of a business that began as a Struthers pizza shop and has now grown to a $7 million a year pepperoni roll business wants to bring jobs and $2.5 million investment to Youngstown.
City Council is being asked next week to consider a ten-year 75% tax abatement for P&S Bakery.
Located at 3279 E. Western Reserve Road in Poland, P&S Bakery employs 57 full-time and four part-time workers making specialty bread stuffed with meats, cheeses, sauces, and sweet fillings.
