Perfect Pasta Inc., an Addison, Ill. establishment, is recalling approximately 315 pounds of ready-to-eat roast beef products due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) and Continental Strictly Kosher Meat, Poultry and Delicatessen Products Ltd., are warning people with allergies to mustard not to consume certain Continental Glatt Kosher brand meat products described below. The affected products contain mustard which is not declared on the label.

Swiss Cheese Exports Dented By Price War

Cheese sales abroad rose 3.7 percent last year from 2011, although exports of standard bearers Appenzeller and Gruyère dipped, Switzerland Cheese Marketing said on Friday. The Swiss cheese industry had to contend with a price war, in addition to the strong franc, which makes products from Switzerland more expensive in foreign countries, said Manuela Sonderegger, spokeswoman for Swiss Cheese Marketing in Bern.
