Nature Fresh Farms Plans 175-Acre Greenhouse

Ontario-based Nature Fresh Farms announced plans this week to build a 175-acre greenhouse just outside of Delta in Fulton County. Construction on the project’s first phase is expected to begin as soon as the weather breaks this spring, and officials say they hope to ship their first cases of tomatoes by the end of the year.

Reusable Packaging Association Announces 2015 Leadership Team

A broad and experienced leadership team will guide the Reusable Packaging Association in 2015. Hillary Femal, Vice President Global Marketing, IFCO Systems, is the association’s first female chairperson in its 16-year history. She is joined by representatives of 20 additional companies, including four new members. The group will focus on creating added benefits for members and strengthening the RPA’s position as the industry resource for the adoption of reusables.
