Eddie George Signs On To Promote NXT Nutritionals

HOLYOKE, Mass. – NXT Nutritionals Holdings, Inc. (NXT Nutritionals) (OTCBB:
NXTH), developer and marketer of SUSTA Natural Sweetener, the great tasting,
all-natural, healthier sweetener, announced today that former NFL All-Pro
player, and Heisman Trophy winner, Eddie George has agreed to promote SUSTA
Natural Sweetener and Healthy Diary Yogurt Smoothies in its nationwide
expansion

To raise awareness of the SUSTA brand when SUSTA arrives in Kroger stores this
month in the Columbus, Ohio, area, Eddie George will be making in-store
appearances, local television and radio interviews.

George has been an advocate for improving health and wellness among Americans.
For the past three years, he and his wife Taj have teamed up with Dr. Oz on “The
Dr. Oz Show. Together they coached and motivated the moms throughout the 2009
NFL season as part of a national viewer challenge to inspire moms and families
everywhere to improve their health. The winner of the challenge was announced on
the website of the “The Dr. Oz Show.”

Being an entrepreneur and businessman, George said, I appreciate the
dedication that Mike and his team at NXT Nutritionals have in building a product
line and brand presence in a competitive marketplace.”

The great tasting all-natural SUSTA is unique in that there is no other
sweetener that has all the health benefits that SUSTA provides. I am a true
supporter of SUSTA and I intend to do my part to inform consumers about this
amazing sweetener,” added George.

Michael McCarthy, president and CEO of NXT Nutritionals, said, Eddie is
committing his time and energy to motivate Americans to live healthier
lifestyles. His willingness to work on this issue is why we asked him to join us
in our crusade. I am thrilled to have him on the team.”

“We hope Eddie can help us bring SUSTA and Healthy Dairy to the attention of
those health activists, such as Dr. Oz and the NFL organization, that are
already leading the country’s battle against diabetes and obesity,” said
McCarthy.

In 2006, George was named a spokesperson for Tennessee’s GetFitTN program by
Governor Phil Bredesen. GetFitTN is a statewide awareness program to address the
rising epidemic of Type 2 diabetes and risk factors that lead to diabetes, such
as obesity. This initiative is aimed at educating both adults and children that
Type 2 diabetes can be delayed or even prevented with modest lifestyle changes
such as increasing physical activity and a healthier diet.

George won the Heisman Trophy during his senior year as a running back at Ohio
State in 1995. In 1996, he began his professional career with the Houston Oilers,
now the Tennessee Titans, as starting tailback, winning several NFL Rookie of
the Year awards and virtually owning every franchise rushing record. George led
the AFC Champion Titans to Super Bowl XXXIV in 2000, retiring from the NFL
before the 2005 season. He made the Pro Bowl four consecutive years.

George recently earned an MBA in the Executive MBA program of the Kellogg School
of Management, Northwestern University.
