Panelists Highlight Specialty Cheese, Sustainability Issues

MADISON, Wis. Sustainability, specialty cheese and animal welfare are
featured topics in part two of Cheese Market News annual round table discussion
this week.

Each year, the CMN staff asks a group of industry executives to participate by
providing their written responses to several questions about key issues facing
the industry. We then run a selection of those responses in a two-part series.
