Sunshine is proud to announce that we received two very well-earned recognitions for both our East and West Plant this year. The first award went to Sunshine’s East Plant in early October for Total Quality Excellence and Production Excellence in the cultured products category. This recognition was awarded to us by Quality Chekd and is a noteworthy reward as we’ve been a long-time Quality Chekd member, which provides consumers with “world class dairy products.” A special thanks to all East Plant team members for the excellent work they do every day. This award is something all Sunshine team members should be proud of earning.
1st Place in Word Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Products Contest
The second award comes to Sunshine from the World Dairy Expo in Wisconsin where we participated in the Championship Dairy Products Contest. The Sunshine item that shined in this competition was our delicious rBST free Half and Half. We received a grand trophy as an award, which will go on display at the West Plant. This is another noteworthy and well-esteemed recognition Sunshine has earned as we competed with dairies from all over the country. A special thanks goes out to the West Plant team members for this well-earned award.
