Upstate Niagara Takes Ten Awards At The World Dairy Expo

BUFFALO, N.Y. – At the World Dairy Expo in Madison, WI, where the who’s who of the dairy industry gathers each year, Upstate Niagara Cooperative took home a number of awards in a variety of categories. The Expo is the largest dairy-focused trade show and international dairy cattle show, drawing more than 65,000 visitors from 90 countries across the world. Upstate Niagara’s awards included:

–    First Place and Grand Champion in Grade A Lowfat Sour Cream
–    First Place in Fat Free Chocolate Milk
–    First Place in Flavored Cottage Cheese, Pineapple Cottage Cheese
–    First Place in Open Sour Cream-based Dips Class, Bison Garlic Parmesan Dip
–    First Place in Open Sour Cream-based Dips – Southwest, Bison Southwestern Chipotle Dip
–    Second Place in Sour Cream-based Dips – Onion, Bison French Onion Dip
–    Second Place in Cultured Buttermilk
–    Third Place in Open Class Pasteurized Milk, Vanilla Intense Milk
–    Third Place in No Fat Cottage Cheese
–    Third Place in Greek Yogurt
