Weigel’s Dairy won a first place award for its chocolate milk, given by the Tennessee Dairy Products Association, in conjunction with the Tennessee State Fair Fluid Milk Quality Competition.
Criteria used to determine it as the best chocolate milk from all dairies serving the State of Tennessee included milk flavor, body and texture. Weigel’s chocolate milk was the only product entered that uses 2 percent milk. It contains no high-fructose corn syrup.
