1732 Meats Debuts New Salami Chubs

1732 Meats, located in the Philadelphia Metro Area, has released their new retail Salami chubs.

There are three available flavor profiles which match the current 1732 Meats bacon selection:

  • Black Peppercorn
  • Spanish Smoked Paprika
  • Garlic Insanity

1732 Meats mission is to help encourage humane and sustainable farming practices using breeds of pig that have retained their natural characteristics, as well as no hormones or antibiotics. In particular, we work with farmers and farming co-ops that raise only heritage breeds, primarily Berkshire, certified by the Humane Farm Animal Care Association. They are a family run business operating a USDA certified plant.

The unique and colorful labels for both the salami and bacon labels are the work of local artist Hawk Krall and were debuted with much success at the American Cheese Society Conference in Pittsburgh in late July.  Find the new salamis, bacon and other delicious hand-cured meats at 1732meats.com
