Who: Sarah The Cheese Lady, a nationally recognized cheese sculptor.
What: Will sculpt Niles, ILs skyline along with one of its sister citys famous sites, The Leaning Tower of Pizza, to celebrate the recent opening of a local Meijer. The sculpture will be made from two, 150-pound Wisconsin Cheddar Mammoths.
