Craigs Station Creamery Debuts Locally-Made Cheese With an Environmentally-Friendly Outlook

PAVILION — It’s well-known locally that area farms produce some of the best dairy anywhere.

But for those outside the area?

They’re getting another reminder as Craigs Station Creamery prepares to offer its new “Craigs Creamery” cheese brand at Wegmans starting next month — locally made with an emphasis on environmentally-friendly production.

“We launched in late January with three major northeastern retailers: ShopRite, Stop&Shop and Giant,” said Chris Noble, a co-owner in Noblehurst Farms, which is also an owner in Craigs Station Creamery. “Those stores have over 900 locations throughout the northeast and mid-Atlantic states.”
