Daelia’s Biscuits For Cheese Expands Into Northeast

CINCINNATI Daelias Food Company, the Cincinnati-based makers of Daelias Biscuits for Cheese will be carried by Seacrest Foods, an international importer and wholesale distributor of specialty cheeses and fine foods. Seacrest has serviced independent retailers and chains throughout New England and New York since 1981.

Launched in fall 2009, Daelias Biscuits for Cheese is quickly establishing a national following and is already available in all Whole Foods Market stores. Made in the U.S, and based on an old Mediterranean recipe, Daelias Biscuits are designed to go with all types of cheeses. The biscuits are made with nuts and dried fruit, ideal complements to cheese. Flavors include almond raisin and the new hazelnut fig. And theyre sturdy so they wont break easily. Suggested retail price is $4.99.
